Living area
One of the most important elements you’ll find in the living area on the ground floor is the majestic fireplace, which has been left in its original conditions. You’ll be amazed at the peculiar walls with their ancient plaster and at the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, conveying even more cosiness to the ambiance. This area houses the dining room, where you’ll be able to eat all together, and the living room, where you’ll be able to relax watching tv or simply reading a book. Behind an old door, which was once the original front door to the house, you’ll find the bathroom area, where we could gain space for a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a separate bathroom with window, including all the sanitary fittings and a comfortable shower: indulge in the silence that envelops the house and the entire village...
Kitchen
Still on the ground floor, while separated from the living area, you’ll find a large kitchen furnished with all the necessary flatware and tools, including a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer and other kitchen appliances. You’ll also find some basic elements for your breakfast: we love taking care of our guests and always try to offer you something to sweeten your stay, such as biscuits, rusks or even some delicious honey or locally produced jams.
Campanile Room
The room Campanile (Bell Tower) bears something magical, maybe because of the play of colours due to the original 19th century plaster or maybe because of the wonderful view on the village and on the bell tower of Naggio’s church. This room is the biggest of the three and has been provided with a convenient walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom equipped with all the sanitary fittings and a large shower. As in all the other bedrooms, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress and latex pillows, ensuring cosy and soft dreams. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are lighted up through two large French windows leading to the private terrace of this room, furnished with a small table and chairs for two. Let the magic linger on by having a wonderful breakfast or a peaceful aperitivo on this terrace, afar from the rest of the house...
Room Piazza - Square
Here’s the most authentic room of the three, dating back all the way to the 17th century. As in the other two rooms, you’ll be sleeping on a cosy double bed equipped with a memory foam mattress and latex pillows. The room Piazza (Square) is also furnished with a private bathroom with window and all the sanitary fittings, including a shower. Peek through one of the two windows to admire the house private garden, while the other window overlooks the peaceful and tranquil village: let your gaze wander from above over one of the village’s main alleys and follow it’s course to the historic central square. This is the view we’ve chosen for our wedding pictures and you absolutely shouldn’t miss out on it!
Room Lago - Lake
The room Lago (Lake) is located in the attic, the highest point in the whole house, and is the only one facing the lake Como from above the roofs of this magical village. Just like the other two, this room is also furnished with a double bed and a memory foam mattress with latex pillows. As for many other parts of the house, you’ll fall in love with some of the original furnishings which have been retrieved and variously repurposed to live the past in the most comfortable way. Our personal tip is to sit besides the window and enjoy some wine or a rich breakfast gazing on the lake and the surrounding mountains...
The garden
This is the area you’ll love the most if you visit during summer. Let the scent of our rose gardens follow you during your stroll and pass through a walkway covered with Isabella grapes to access the porch, where you’ll find a large table with wooden benches and a barbecue to brighten your breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors. Even in this area our aim was to highlight the authenticity of the house, repurposing some objects which had been previously retrieved during the renovation.

Lake Como offers activities for everyone:

- boat trips from which to admire the splendid villas of the lake
- equipped and free beaches where you can relax in the sun
- mountain bike trails
- small villages like Naggio to discover
- crotti and restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of the area
- the city of Lugano less than half an hour from the house
